At the end of the road in a private bay. And yet only 45 minutes from the center of Prague.

In the bay of the Orlická přehrada, where the water meets the forest, the Port is growing. A small project of fourteen houses that are part of the landscape.
Upon arrival, you will notice only modest wooden buildings.
Only from the lake will you see what was hidden – houses that follow the terrain, reflect light and blend in with the surroundings.

Each house has its own garden and lake view.
The project includes a private pier with a marina and a reserved place for your boat. As well as a clubhouse , intended only for residents - a space for peace and meeting.
There are no other buildings in the area and the entire port is protected by a biocorridor.

And behind the house?
Endless forest.
Wild nature, where you can walk, ride, get lost and return for hours.
The harbor is a return to nature, peace, and values that endure.
FROM ARCHITECT JIM CUTLER
The project was created under the leadership of the world-renowned architectural firm Cutler & Anderson, which has been awarded the prestigious AIA National Honor Award eight times and is, among many, the author of the Bill Gates residence.
Here they designed houses that age beautifully.
